Aurora is a collection of Ethereum applications and protocols that together form a decentralized banking and finance platform.

Aurora provides an advanced, open, and stable financial network, accessible by anyone in the world regardless of geographic location or class status. Aurora’s own stable currency, the boreal, is backed by a combination of cryptocurrency reserves, debt, and retailer endorsement, and is available to customers via loans based on their digital economic reputation.

Traders on IDEX, the network’s decentralized smart contract exchange, can utilize the boreal as payment for trading fees or as a stable base currency.

Daiquilibrium, paired with DAI, implements a triad of central design elements. A new twist on an algorithmic stablecoin, prioritizing capital efficiency and price stability.

With the aim of promoting stability, DAIQ introduces the idea of dynamic epochs—which change duration based on token price. The further from peg, the shorter the epoch (and vice versa). Furthermore, our governance platform supports modification on a variety of relevant parameters like minimum epoch duration, coupon expiration time, expansion price, and many more for maximum flexibility.

Original, streamlined code builds supply and pricing formulas into our smart contracts, ensuring every mechanic—from epochal advance to decentralized governance—is fully automated and mathematically secured.

Fairly launching DAIQ with no team or marketing tokens guarantees equality of opportunity from the very beginning. And since anyone can mint DAIQ throughout the token generation event (TGE), advance botters are also prevented from capturing a large and growing percentage of total supply. Advancing is instead incentivized through a biphasic model: while bootstrapping, as a fixed 150 DAI (cut from TGE raise); and thereafter, as a standard remittance of 100 DAIQ tokens.

The BASED Protocol is a DeFi game of chicken designed to shake out weak hands and yield the highest gains for those who understand the rules.

The $BASED token combines a simplified version of Ampleforth’s economic policy with YFI’s distribution mechanism.

The result is a post-modern economic game that continually resets. The barrier of entry is fair and balanced for all participants.

The only rule of BASED is that no one can change the rules. There are no owners, and because the private keys have been burned, the contracts cannot be changed. This makes an exit scam impossible.

Basis Coin is the new decentralized algorithmic protocol. It is an open-source, permisionless, highly- scalable, decentralized, algorithmic protocol built on Ethereum.

This is a protocol inspired by Basis.cash. We found some design flaws in Basis.cash and made improvements. But retain the underlying structure of Basis.cash, because we believe that a structure that has been tested by time and users is stable and safe.

Value Set Dollar (VSD) is an algorithmic and partially collateral stablecoin that incorporates key features from ESD V2, BASIS, and FRAX. It aims to solve core issues that its predecessors have struggled.

VSD is stable based on an elastic supply model. To expand supply, new VSD tokens are minted to：
1. Auto-sell to the swap pools to ensure partial collateral.
2. Reward bonded VSD holders or used to pay off protocol debt (coupons).
During a protocol contraction, VSD may be burned for a premium or redeemed from the partial collateral reserve.

We’ve merged DAO and LP from the original design of ESD, since participants in DAO have almost zero risk and crazy upside, they would most likely dump on the market during contraction. Governance is done through Bonded LPs, who have the most skin in the game, as they are providing on-chain liquidity.

Gambit is a protocol for interest-generating stablecoins backed by leverage.

Current stablecoin solutions typically require backing by a centralised fiat reserve or over-collaterization. With Gambit, we present a design for a partially-backed stablecoin that automatically generates interest.

Here is an overview of how the stablecoin would work:

gUSD can be minted with any whitelisted asset, e.g. BNB; 
The amount minted is determined by the price of the asset;
For example, if the price of BNB is 200 USD, then 1 BNB can mint 200 gUSD tokens;
Assets in the system can be used by anyone to open a long position;
Longing maintains the collateral backing the system while generating fees that can be paid as interest to gUSD holders.

An interesting use case would be to use Gambit for Cross-asset Swaps similar to Curve Finance and Synthetix. For example, if both BNB and ETH are whitelisted assets then a swap from BNB to ETH and vice versa could be done through Gambit with zero slippage.

Combining the stability of the U.S. dollar with the efficiency of blockchain technology, HUSD is designed to be compliant, liquid and convenient.

HUSD is an ERC-20 token pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar. It is easily redeemable and safeguards traders against the volatility of the cryptocurrency market.
