Alpha Wave Global‘s mission in public markets is to create uncorrelated return streams focused on special situations. We aim to be different and uncorrelated. In private markets we aim to invest in best-in-class venture and growth-stage companies, and endeavor to be helpful, long term partners to the founders. A diversified, global, alternative asset manager founded in 2012 with offices in New York, Miami, London, Abu Dhabi, Tel Aviv and Bangalore. Alpha Wave manages a variety of investment partnerships that cover a number of asset classes, themes and geographies. This includes Moraine, Falcon Edge Global, Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners, Alpha Wave Incubation, Alpha Wave Ventures, and FalconQ. Alpha Wave was founded and is led by Rick Gerson, Navroz Udwadia and Ryan Khoury, originally named Falcon Edge Capital. It is supported by a team of experienced investment professionals with diverse and differentiated expertise across sectors, industries, and geographies.
