Chicago Blockchain Project (“CBP”) is a community of 3,000, nominated for a Chicago Innovation Award and the producer of Voice of Blockchain. We are building an infrastructure for the city of Chicago connecting BUILDERS with RESOURCES and INVESTORS. The way we interact with the world is designed to fight the evils that antiquated social norms have presented us as well as challenge the future to be as full of opportunity as we all dreamed it would be. It is a philosophy, a new structure that creates value for willing, active contributors. We seek sustainability in the promotion of user-owned companies. We take people with unique skills and tools and network them with people who have progressive, marketable ideas. We connect BUILDERS to the RESOURCES required to turn their possibilities into probabilities. We want the guy who develops a stainless steel, DIY cryptocurrency wallet backup device to find the market that will help him grow his business. We want the artist with graphic design skills who is influenced by the changing technological environment to find unique ways to contribute to the space. We want the guy creating tokens for educational programs that reduce the cost of secondary education to develop the code required to make this possible. We want the dreamers and builders. We are of the opinion that value will create authenticity, that how seriously you are taken will be determined by how much you contribute and not the other way around. Our team comes from a large subset of backgrounds, from fintech to poker players, to non-profit management, to graphic design and English degrees, to the bar/restaurant industry, as a group we have an illustrious tapestry of experience. We are financial advisers, we are marketing strategists, we are public speakers, we are coders, we are truck drivers, we are veterans, we are students, and we are educators.
