Formerly at Coinlist, Carta, AngelList; 3x Founder, VC, with a background in venture capital and law. I’m the CEO of On Deck — a San Francisco based, global community of top tech talent in the earliest stages of building new startups. I’m also a Network Leader, leading investments on behalf of Village Global, a $100 million early stage venture capital fund based in San Francisco with backing from tech luminaries like Reid Hoffman, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg. Previously, I’ve led teams and owned products at industry-defining companies such as AngelList, Carta, and CoinList; worked with investors including 500 Startups, Founders Factory, InMotion, and Global from Day One; and (co)founded four companies, including London based micro-consultancy Tech Connect.
