DeFi Saver is a one-stop management solution for decentralized finance protocols.

Today CDP Saver becomes DeFi Saver, an update includes some frontend changes, while our backend and Solidity team continues working on automated CDP liquidation protection and ratio management. These changes are:

1 - Minor UI and UX improvements
You will notice that the connect wallet procedure is different now. Instead of having a separate page, users can now go to the MakerDAO or Compound dashboard and then select the wallet they want to connect from the top-right dropdown menu if they aren’t already connected.

2 - Fortmatic integration
Although this is mostly aimed at people who are yet to enter the world of Ethereum and crypto in general, we consider this a very cool option. Fortmatic allows users to use dapps and crypto without any extensions such as MetaMask or hardware wallets, solely using your phone and SMS.

In 1996, we released the first version of Calendars for the Web™, our popular interactive, web-based calendaring/scheduling system. We’ve been delivering this monthly service for more than 15 years, enabling 1,000s of clients to coordinate shared resources among their many participants.

Our dedication to quality software and customer service is reflected in our long, fruitful relationships with our clients. In early 2016, we pivoted our full attention to the Ethereum blockchain space. We first released EthSlurp™ in March of  2016. Since then we’ve been working on QuickBlocks™.

Block Analitica develops software solutions for digital asset metrics and equip clients with unique data insights for the crypto asset class.

We believe that digital assets are an established asset class driven by specific rules and metrics. We focus on the aggregation of fundamental data which the sophisticated investor currently lacks when attempting to perform due diligence in the space of digital assets.

We understand and interpret blockchain network data dynamics and impose various metrics to benefit investment decision making. The price patterns of digital assets tend to correlate with various parameters of network activity, open source development and other typical trading venue attributes. Aggregated data is diagnosed and included in the Block Analitica platform where investors can obtain proper data with which to examine digital assets.

The Block Analitica team comprises four members with backgrounds in finance and computer science. The platform was born from a need to determine the fundamental components of digital portfolios.

Dai is a decentralized stablecoin that has a target price of 1 USD. It has a soft peg, so one Dai may be worth slightly more or slightly less than 1 USD at a given point in time. This site gives an estimate of the Dai - USD price over time.

If there were large DAI-USD markets, it would be easy to calculate the Dai-USD price. Coinbase has a Dai-USDC market that is effectively a USD market since USDC can be converted directly to USD on Coinbase with no fee. This market is tracked on the dashboard as "DAI-USD".   However, the volume of this market is small. If others form, they will be added.

The largest Dai trading volumes are against ETH. There are also large ETH-USD markets. Therefore, if you know the DAI-ETH price and ETH-USD price, you can estimate the DAI-USD price from these values.

First, the DAI-ETH price is determined from the best price offered on decentralized exchanges. We do not track DAI-ETH prices on centralized exchanges (because who trusts them?). We use the algorithm from dexindex.io to find the best price but we also include the price on oasisdex(eth2dai) , one of the biggest decentralized DAI-ETH exchanges.

Next we calculate the ETH-USD price. This is a volume-weighted average price from centralized exchanges that either have 1) direct ETH-USD markets or 2) allow US customers to freely trade ETH for USDC (which can be converted to USD on Coinbase). Right now the biggest ones are Coinbase and Binance (todo: add Kraken). One complication is that the largest ETH market on Binance is ETH-USDT. USDT is a centralized stablecoin that trades at a discount to USDC since it is not directly convertible to USD. Therefore, we include this market in the ETH price, but adjust the value based on the USDT/USDC market.

We track both the ETH-USD price and the total Dai supply as these may influence the DAI-USD price. You can toggle these on the main overview graph.
