Ella Cullen is Chief Marketing Officer at Minespider. At Minespider, we're reshaping the mining and minerals industry by building an open blockchain protocol that transforms supply chain traceability and transparency. Our goal is to champion responsible mines - and put an end to conflict mining. Previously, at CodeControl, I worked with some of the most talented freelance developers and designers in the world - and shaped the Future of Work alongside them. I joined IconPeak when it was an early-stage startup and led the marketing efforts until it was acquired for US$10 million two years later. With RecMix recording app, I developed the marketing and app launch strategies that saw it featured by the App Store in 21 countries. Finally, I'm passionate about design and have branded, designed and built websites such as minespider.com, threadcounts.io and tokenwoman.io, and designed others such as codecontrol.io.
