AntiMatter is an innovative lightweight on-chain and cross-chain DeFi perpetual options protocol based on a polarized token mechanism.

The current DeFi derivative platforms are more complex than centralized exchanges. There are currently no DeFi platforms where non-experienced users can execute their long and short strategies thus hindering mass adoption and retail use.

To build financial products for mass adoption, Antimatter will aim for simplicity and normalization as the main priority for every product released. The initial Antimatter product will be an ETH perpetual put option product where anyone can short and long at any given time with secondary market opportunities (market-making and arbitrage).

The project's mission is to reduce the barriers to traditional users' participation in DeFi and optimize the efficiency of global asset allocation.

Pendle is the first protocol that enables the trading of tokenized future yield on an AMM system. We aim to give holders of yield-generating assets the opportunity to generate additional yield and to lock in future yield upfront, while offering traders direct exposure to future yield streams, without the need for an underlying collateral.

Holders of yield-generating assets deposit their yield-bearing tokens into Pendle in order to mint an Ownership Token (OT) and a Future-Yield Token (XYT). Users can then utilize their XYT in two different ways.

Firstly, they can deposit their XYT into Pendle’s AMMs to provide liquidity to Pendle. In return, fees and other incentives are given to these liquidity providers (LP).

Secondly, they can sell their XYT for cash upfront, allowing them to fix the interest rates and lock in their returns immediately.

Traders will be able to buy these XYTs directly, without the need to lock up their underlying assets. This is a more capital-efficient way for them to gain exposure to future yield.

pSTAKE is a liquid staking solution that unlocks the potential of staked PoS assets (e.g. ATOM). PoS token holders can deposit their tokens on the pSTAKE application to mint 1:1 pegged ERC-20 wrapped unstaked tokens, which are represented as pTOKENs (e.g. pATOM) that can then be transferred to other wallets or smart contracts on the Ethereum network to generate additional yield.

Currently, pSTAKE issues 1:1 pegged ERC-20 liquid staking representative tokens on the Ethereum network, with a long-term aim of building a multi-chain protocol issuing liquid staked representatives on multiple networks including the Persistence Core-1 chain.
