Jason Civalleri is Founder of Spl.yt. Compliance Officer at MyCrypto. Adjunct Law Professor at UNHLaw. I am an expert on the growing area of law as it applies to blockchain, DAOs, DLTs, Smart Contracts, crypto-assets, token-economics, and decentralized governance. I co-founded spl.yt, am Compliance Officer at MyCrypto, Founded of the Teal Aura Company, and Founded Adason Financial. Through these experiences, I have deep understanding of blockchain-related law, cross-industry implementation, private key security, e-commerce, and start-up scaling and project management, and have developed a wide network across the industry. I was an early investor in Bitcoin and Ethereum, the earnings from which financed all of my graduate degrees. I have advised two top-twenty ICO fundraises, and serve on the board of several others. I have served a staff Legal Writer for ETHNews and Blockchain Contributor at the law firm BernsWeiss LLP (involved in representing users in the famous Coinbase/IRS case).
