Jonathan Allen is Managing Partner at Mirana Ventures, General Partner at Magnus Ventures. He went from disarming bombs in the military as an EOD Technician, to studying Economics at UC Berkeley. I served in the military for 5 years as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, earning several medals including a Purple Heart. My passion for blockchain started in 2013 as an active Bitcoin trader and physical crypto (Casascius) collector. I then transferred to UC Berkeley where I pursued a B.A. in ISF for Economics, Business, & Computer Science. I co-founded Blockchain at Berkeley, San Francisco Blockchain Week, Dekrypt Capital, and Mirana Ventures. Currently CEO at Summon.
