Nick Sullivan is Head of Research (and Cryptography) at Cloudflare. He is passionate about improving security and privacy online through cutting-edge research and the development of open standards.

Nick Sullivan, Chief Cryptographer at Cloudflare. Founded less than 10 years ago, the company offers content delivery services (CND), DNS, and DDoS protection to over 12 million websites. The company contributes to open source cryptography libraries, some of which are used by Etherum. They recently launched an IPFS gateway and features which allow users to have strong guarantees as to the integrity of the content.

Alex Tapscott is a globally-recognized writer, speaker, investor and advisor focused on the impact of emerging technologies, such as blockchain and cryptocurrencies, on business, society and government. He is the co-author (with Don Tapscott) of the critically acclaimed non-fiction best-seller, Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology Behind Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrencies is Changing the World, which has been translated into more than 15 languages. His TedX San Francisco talk: Blockchain is Eating Wall Street has been viewed over 600,000 times.

In 2017, Alex co-founded (with Don Tapscott) the Blockchain Research Institute, a multi-million-dollar think-tank that is investigating blockchain strategies, opportunities and use-cases. In November of 2017, Alex and Don Tapscott were recognized with the Digital Thinking Award from Thinkers50, as part of their Distinguished Achievement Awards.

On June 12th, 2018, Alex Tapscott and Don Tapscott released a New Edition of Blockchain Revolution with over 25,000 words of new material on cryptoassets, smart-contracts, digital identity and more. Alex is a graduate of Amherst College (cum laude). He lives in Toronto, Canada.

Henri Stern is Research Scientist at Protocol Labs. He was born in Switzerland and grew up in Paris, France and New York, NY. Started his undergrad at Stanford (where he made unsavory encounters with people responsible for his current employment), finished at Columbia studying CS and History.

After working for a few years on a marketplaces startup (Shout, YC S14), he returned to Stanford to earn an M.S. in Computer Science with a focus in Security and Distributed Systems.

There, he undertook research on an array of topics like the security of wireless bike speed-shifters, router OS tooling, bft multicast, etc. with amazing professors such as Dan Boneh or David Mazières.

He now works on consensus systems as part of the Filecoin research team, notably on Filecoin's Expected Consensus protocol.

Zachary Cole is a blockchain protocol engineer and DeFi enthusiast. Currently, he is the Co-Founder and CTO of SlingShot, a DeFi trading platform. Previously, he founded a company called WhiteBlock, which specialized in blockchain protocol testing, research and development.

He also serve as technical advisor to several blockchain related companies, like DeFi Pulse and the Syscoin Foundation.

He has been involved in the blockchain space since 2012 and Ethereum development since 2016. He received his training as a communications engineer in the United States Marine Corps where he and his unit were responsible for building and maintaining the communications and Internet infrastructure for Iraq's Al Anbar Province during Operation Iraqi Freedom 07-08. These efforts included the engineering of field data centers, satellite communications, and the implementation and management of mission-critical cryptographic assets. After retiring from the Marine Corps, Zak worked in the field of cyber security, network engineering, and applied cryptography. He also ran an Internet agency and worked with Google prior to founding Whiteblock, a blockchain testing company whose clientele includes the Department of Defense, ConsenSys, Beam, RChain, Syscoin, and the Ethereum Foundation.

Andrew Keys supports ConsenSys Capital, ConsenSys’ financial services constellation of companies, including Fund Foundry, ConsenSys Ventures, and Token Foundry. 

Previously, Andrew ran ConsenSys’ global business development from inception of the company, co-founded ConsenSys Enterprise, co-created the first Ethereum Blockchain-as-a-Service offering with Microsoft, and began the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance.

Andrew comes to ConsenSys with capital markets, healthcare, technology and entrepreneurial experience. Previously, Andrew worked for UBS investment bank in equities analysis. Later, he was involved within multiple hedge funds and broker dealers in alternative asset investing. After, he co-founded a healthcare revenue cycle management company where he learned about Bitcoin and eventually Ethereum.

Andrew graduated from Loyola University in Maryland and University of Auckland with degrees in economics and international finance. His best computer science was in college, and it’s been downhill technically, since then.

I work with teams to start projects from scratch, whether it's enabling people to instantly factcheck Presidential election campaigns through their iPhones, designing the most efficient information memorization system to help students, or shaking up the Windows 10 operating system with new ways to search for things quickly. I'm good at bringing tenacity, enthusiasm, and organization to uncharted waters.

Aside from work, I volunteer to improve education, rummage through Coursera and MIT OpenCourseWare for interesting courses to take, and tinker with arduinos.
