Often companies are forgetting to make the required transition in the way they work, when they are scaling-up. Not always easy if you are used to work in a certain way, as it requires the right leadership. I have learned throughout my career how to drive change and growth. • Having spent years at corporates like GE and MasterCard I know how to develop solid growth strategies, integrate acquisitions and turnaround business units. By developing the right structure, building organisations and working with people, I deliver solid results. On top of that having worked with scale-ups most recently, this brought me even more focus to work in the most lean and efficient way, so that each product-market solution is developed, tested and implemented in a scalable way, with the right resources in place. • Being futuristic by nature I’m inspired to push the boundaries. My self-assured focus is allowing me to deliver results in a deliberate way, anticipating and solving obstacles when they arise. Over the years I have learned how to rally people together and rely on their talents, knowledge and experience. In this way I’m building partnerships to take on complex challenges and explore new territories. • Today I’m creating opportunities with scale-up companies to become more then what they are. By being the change agent, utilising my experience, I challenge the strategic plan, making sure the product-market solutions are scale-able. Coaching the team during the implementation phase, guarantees that the required focus is kept. I bring the executive power to drive growth or a turnaround. This could be from (advisory) board to (interim) COO. My most recent experience is with B2B companies in the FINTECH space, but as in the past I don’t limit myself to one specific industry.
