Toward Super-Scalable Organizations. DAOs create a new design space for organizing globally.

Within this design space, not only scalable but super-scalable organizations can be established, meaning that such an organization's ability to efficiently coordinate actually increases as it grows.

Super-scalable organizations have no hierarchies and support transparency. They are organizations which provide market mechanisms to steer toward quality decisions and guide collective attention at any scale, allowing their stakeholders to achieve both modest tasks and megaprojects alike using the Holographic Consensus mechanism designed by DAOstack.

We are a community alliance that coordinates together to solve shared product development problems on the Ethereum application layer. We aim to accelerate progress towards the mass adoption of web 3.0 through greater ecosystem collaboration.

We forked Moloch DAO to build a DAO with the aim of boostrapping a product oriented data network effect for application layer projects — “decentralized google“.

Quidli is building solutions that drive more inclusion in the future of work, starting with making employee equity distribution easier. We're big proponents of enabling doers to become owners. And so today our focus is on helping small businesses manage and share their equity with their workers without wasting a lot of time and or money. 

Quidli is founded by a team of entrepreneurs with backgrounds in corporate law & finance and in tech startups (at Y Combinator, Techstars, and Rocket Internet companies). We understand all too well the limitations imposed on sharing equity today due to legacy systems and technologies. Our vision is to offer ownership management services for the next generation workforce.

Quidli is a micro-incentive rewards application for teams and individuals alike, a low cost, high reward project for the Ecosystem at large: It will offer a new way for teams and individuals to compensate one another quickly and easily. On NEAR, Quidli will increase the scope of usability of the $NEAR token.

Once NEAR tokens are added, Quidli will be able to integrate with present and future dApps as well as existing DAO infrastructure to add micro-rewards as an ‘option’ for ecosystem development going forward.

As a service, Quidli will offer a beneficial opportunity for new teams, guilds and DAOs in the NEAR ecosystem to compensate and reward different team members or contributors.

Micro-transactions for low fees, demonstrate the capacity of the NEAR blockchain to quickly and cheaply handle low cost transactions. Using Quidli as a case-study, the Ecosystem will be able to recruit other like minded projects into the future.

MoonDAO is an international collective of people united by the mission of decentralizing access to space research and exploration. We are currently living at the inflection point of a privatized space race, and the implications of this moment will define our future. Making life multi-planetary is one of the most inspiring and important missions in our lifetime. The big question is: how? We believe that an international, decentralized, inclusive, and transparent organization would be much better aligned with the needs of the everyday person.

We uphold values of inclusion, peace, transparency, freedom of organization and speech. Space should be in the hands of the people, not any one nation or private entity.

As such, MoonDAO will support funding for individuals to go to space and fund future space research and exploration as it fits into the mission of becoming a governing body for the moon and other celestial bodies.

It is very important to note that the core team has not pre-mined any tokens for ourselves. We have not given “special terms” to any Venture Capitalists, Influencers, Angel Investors, Rich Friends or Family, or any other person. We are all being treated equally.
