Changpeng Zhao is a Chinese-Canadian business executive, who is the founder and CEO of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, as of April 2018. Zhao was previously a member of the team that developed Blockchain.info and also served as chief technology officer of OKCoin.

Adam B. Struck, Founder and Managing Partner at Struck Capital. Prior to Struck Capital, Adam was a Co-Founder of Long Island Brand Beverages, a CPG company acquired by Cullen Investments and taken public on the NASDAQ. Previously, Adam was an M&A / PE attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, one of the largest law firms in the world. Adam graduated from Northwestern University where he completed the Kellogg School of Management Certificate Program. He also graduated from Georgetown Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. Adam is a member of the NY Bar Association and has also been recognized by Forbes, making the coveted 30 Under 30 List for Venture Capital.

Andrew Poelstra is a Mathematician at Blockstream. He has dabbled in software development for the last twenty years, in open-source cryptography for ten.

He became involved in Bitcoin in late 2011, and joined Blockstream cofounders Greg Maxwell and Pieter Wuille in developing the high-performance cryptography library libsecp256k1.

His latest major project has been Mimble Wimble which is described as a blockchain design with no script support and blinded amounts. Like proverbial black holes, transaction outputs have no hair. This simplicity allows aggressive compaction and aggregation, resulting in a blockchain with much better scalability than any other design to date.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Simon Fraser University. While completing his Masters of Arts at the University of Texas at Austin, he wrote and co-wrote several papers about Bitcoin, practical cryptography and mathematics.

Andrew’s other interests include jazz piano, cycling and exploring the world. He hopes one day that blockchains will enable private and censorship-free transactions for all people regardless of their political environment.

Geoff Teehan is VP, Head of Design, Meta FinTech. He began his career in digital media in 1996, working as a designer for an Internet startup. He moved on to run his own design firm, building some of the first Flash sites on the web. He then joined Modem Media in 1999, where he worked as Associate Creative Director. During his tenure there he created effective and award-winning work for a variety of US and Canadian clients. 

Geoff founded Teehan+Lax with his business Partner Jon Lax in 2002. He has been designing digital products there ever since. He and his company have been featured in countless publications and is often referred to as one of the premier product design firms in the world. In 2014, Teehan+Lax was named the Net Awards Agency of the Year.

Geoff lead a cross-functional team consisting of designers, engineers and planners that has help shape products for Google, Medium, Yahoo, Prismatic, Flipboard, YouTube, Kifi, Virgin, Shipwire, Nuvango, Weather Network, LG, Globe and Mail, Blackberry, Readability and more.

Throughout his career, he has received international acclaim for his work, winning Cannes Lions, ADDY awards, and CMA RSVP awards. He has also received top honours from W3, The WebAwards, MITX, Flash in the Can, Marketing Magazine, and the Advertising & Design Club of Canada. 

Geoff has received the honour of representing Canada as a Jury member for many top tier award shows like Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, D&AD and the London International Awards. 

In 2015, Geoff went to Facebook after being acquihired alongside a number of his peers. He continues to act as the Product Design Director for News Feed—the largest surface on the internet.

Brian Armstrong is the co-founder and CEO of Coinbase. Armstrong founded the company, which has become one of the largest in the Bitcoin space, in June 2012.

He is Co-founder GiveCrypto, Building an open financial system for the world.

Before founding Coinbase, Armstrong worked as a Software Engineer at AirBNB from 2011-2012. Previously, he founded UniversityTutory.com and also worked as a software engineer at CarWoo.com.

Matt Huang is the Co-Founder of Paradigm. From 2014 to 2018, Matt was a partner at Sequoia Capital focusing on early stage venture investments in internet and mobile companies while also leading the firm’s efforts in cryptocurrency. Prior to Sequoia, Matt was the founding Chief Executive Officer of Hotspots, a YCombinator-backed company that was acquired by Twitter in 2012. Matt is also a personal seed investor in companies such as Toutiao and Instacart, and purchased his first Bitcoin from MtGox in 2012. Matt holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
