Founded in 2009 by Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz, Andreessen Horowitz (known as "a16z") is a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, California that backs bold entrepreneurs building the future through technology. We are stage agnostic: We invest in seed to late-stage companies, and both consumer and enterprise technology companies. To date, a16z has raised $7.1B, across seven funds, including the $650M Bio funds.

Nova Ecofund consists of Bitrise Capital, Consensus Lab, Chain Capital, Tron, QRC Group, China Blockchain Expert and 8 Decimal Capital.

The general partners of this Ecofund include Kevin Shao from Bitrise Capital, Kevin Ren from Consensus Lab, Simon Li from Chain Capital, Baolong Xu from TRON, Shin Huang from QRC Group, Vadim Krekotin from CBE and Zheng Wei from 8 Decimal Capital. Advisor for this fund is Jun Yu from OK Blockchain Capital.

Nova Ecofund was incorporated this year and is a fund alliance with participation of the top leading crypto funds in Asia and beyond. The objective of this Ecofund is to not only invest in promising projects applying blockchain technology but to also support them in growing their business and increasing their competitiveness in domestic and international markets.

Amino Capital (a.k.a. zPark Capital) is a venture firm based in Palo Alto, focusing on seed to growth-stage investments in big data, and data-driven technologies, including but not limited to IoT, medicine/genomics, AI/BI, drone/UAV, Fintech, security and infrastructure.

Refactor Capital is a $50M early-stage venture capital firm that invests in founders tackling problems in hard but not impossible areas such as applied biology, healthcare, crypto, food, wellness, transportation, aerospace, and more.

We believe that the most valuable opportunity set for startups in the next few decades will be the creative destruction of the status quo in industries that have so far resisted innovation. The way to get there might be different, but these areas are unexceptional in one important aspect: they will yield to progress like all other industries before them.

Conventional wisdom has been that high startup costs, byzantine regulatory structures, and onerous distribution channels made starting a company in these areas nearly impossible. We believe times are changing. Because of software and the accompanying tech innovations of the last decade, starting a company in these areas with seed financing is now a reality.

We invest primarily in seed-stage companies, helping define go-to-market strategies and navigate the various challenges founders encounter. We prefer using our Series Seed docs when leading a round but remain flexible.

Lemniscap is an investment and advisory firm specializing in investments in emerging blockchain assets and advising early stage blockchain startups.

We believe blockchain technology will upend traditional business models, resulting in profound changes in the world economy. Our singular goal is to drive this change through our services.

Our team consists of talented people with backgrounds in financial markets, PE/VC, technology and entrepreneurship. We have been involved in the space since 2014 as both investors and advisors and can leverage deep relationships with other participants in the ecosystem.
