It came into existence in September 2021 after she had a brief chat with Yat Siu, co-founder of Animoca Brands, a global leader in branded blockchain gaming. While WORK JAPAN limited the job market to those who have certain professional skills and are already in Japan, this gave her a chance to expand the community to include anyone across the globe and help them move ahead in life.

It aims at providing a means of earning to even those who have not been trained for any professional skills. We offer jobs in the virtual world, the metaverse. We want to bring together people across the globe and enable them to earn via blockchain-based economy.

We are a decentralized organization investing in NFTs (non-fungible tokens) used in the virtual world and in blockchain based gaming. We aim to create the biggest virtual economy, get maximum utility from community-owned assets and share these profits with our token holders i.e. our players.

As advocates of radical social change, the RadicalxChange community challenges long-established social institutions such as private property, one-person-one-vote and the primacy of the individual on the one hand and the nation state on the other. To achieve this change the community seeks to increase public knowledge about the emancipatory potential of insights from the field of mechanism design, in dialog with a range of other academic fields such as computer science, philosophy and history, the communicative imagination of artists, the pragmatic ingenuity of entrepreneurs and the idealism of activists for social justice.
