Reena Jashnani-Slusarz was formerly the General Counsel at Paradigm. Prior to joining Paradigm, she led the legal and compliance function at Elementum Advisors, LLC, an investment adviser focused on reinsurance, and prior to that served as the Deputy General Counsel and CCO at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, Inc., an investment adviser offering multi-manager portfolios for institutional investors. Reena began her career at Sidley Austin LLP in the Investment Funds group. Reena earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Illinois.
