Stephen McKeon is a partner at Collab+Currency and an associate professor of finance at the University of Oregon. My focus in both positions is cryptoassets. Prior roles include co-founder of Skyward and CFO of a Napa Valley winery. My research covers cryptoassets, security issuance, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions. This work has been published in the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis. Popular press coverage includes the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Financial Times, VentureBeat, Bloomberg Businessweek, NY Times, Forbes, and MarketWatch.
