TomoChain 是基于权益投票证明 Proof-of-Stake Voting 共识的公链，于 2018 年 12 月启动主网，可以兼容以太坊虚拟机 EVM，每秒可以处理 2000 笔交易，区块间隔时间仅 2 秒，gas 费也几乎为零。其团队位于越南，被称为东南亚最大的公链，目前致力于开发一整套的去中心化金融 DeFi 产品。
