Chris Hobcroft

Chris Hobcroft is Creative Director and Community Evangelist at Livepeer. Inspired by Distributed Ledgers & Micropayments. Mathematician, Computer Scientist, Producer, Musician, Traveller, Cook. Currently researching and developing product concepts in DeFi (Decentralized Finance) and DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organisations), building on Ethereum blockchain. Previously was part of team which launched Livepeer to Ethereum mainnet, and was responsible for creative direction and community building. Early career spent developing broad range of skills, by building machine learning and mobile gaming startups, as well as running consulting programmes inside major media tech and retail banking corporations.
