It is powered by the Palette blockchain, responsible for issuing, managing, and distributing NFTs. Palette’s key feature is its implementation of cross-chain technology. The Palette TestNet launched in early March 2021 supporting Neo, Ethereum, and Ontology, with plans to expand to other networks.
