Jaana Simula was Co-Founder, Owner of Enterprise BlockChain Solutions. My career has taken me from continent to continent, and role to role. During my path, I've learned so many valuable lessons that are essential for a good leader. Most of my career I have spent in software development and IT projects, starting from programming, to managing projects, products, releases, PMO organizations and a blockchain startup.
