I am a seasoned operations manager with a passion for team building, networking, and business development. I love scaling and implementing repeatable processes that produce and facilitate exponential growth in a startup environment. I founded Sourcerers in 2016 with the goal of supporting the top minds and teams building Ethereum-based projects. I co-founded district0x in 2017 to help decentralize the world's marketplaces. I previously served as Support Operations Manager at Coinbase, the world's leading digital currency wallet and exchange. Prior to that, I was a derivatives trader for Three Arrows Capital, an international hedge fund based in Singapore. Dating even further back, I played poker professionally in Las Vegas and Macau at a world-class level for 7 years and coached/managed a team of 12 professional players.
