Kyle Roche is a founding partner of Roche Freedman. Kyle is an experienced trial attorney who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, consistently delivering impressive results. He is known for leveraging his deep understanding of technology and economics to successfully represent clients facing complex and novel issues of law. Over the past three years, he has led the Roche Freedman team appointed as lead counsel in over fifteen class actions, including numerous multi-billion-dollar actions arising from first-of-its-kind litigation in the cryptocurrency space. In addition to his class action practice, Kyle represents individuals, startups, and Fortune 500 companies facing a wide variety of legal issues. His background in engineering and management consulting enables him to build legal strategies that maximize his clients’ outcomes. This includes an aggressive approach to high stakes matters that has resulted in incredible results ranging from eight figure pre-suit settlements to nine figure trial victories. Kyle serves as strategic counsel to some of the most innovative companies and startups in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space. His deep understanding of this technology and the evolving governing legislative frameworks enables him to advise his clients how to best navigate the regulatory landscape.
