Marius Poke is Research Engineer at Informal Systems. Formerly, Co-Founder and CTO at Agreement Solutions. Since January 2020, I am Co-Founder & CTO at Agreement Solutions, a start-up that provides consulting services in the blockchain and distributed ledger space. Since 2014, I am doing research in the field of Distributing Systems, with a focus on fault-tolerant collaboration and data replication. As a result, in 2019 I received my PhD in designing high-performance consensus algorithms. My dissertation addresses the challenges of designing novel algorithms with the purpose of enhancing the performance of state-machine replication for both small- and large-scale deployments.
