Caroline Komuhangi

Caroline Komuhangi is Programme Manager at Foundervin, Diversity and Inclusion Advocate in Tech, Startup Mentor. I've spent the majority of my career in programme management, design and delivery across multiple verticals for the public sector, corporates and SMEs, including blockchain, retail tech, sports tech and social enterprise. As part of the founding team of StateZero Labs, the world's first solution-led Blockchain Lab for startups, I designed and run programmes for founders to empower their companies to stay human and challenge their purpose, value proposition and commercial strategies. I have also been at the forefront of corporate innovation for the past few years, managing many accelerators including John Lewis’ JLAB, Arsenal Football Club’s Arsenal Innovation Lab and intu's intuAccelerate. Having also previously sat on the board of the Young Funding Network, I have helped raise funds for over 90 early-stage social enterprises and have a great understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face. I am passionate about making the world more inclusive for people of colour and migrants, specifically in the workplace. I am a founding member of Together in the UK, a community interest group that promotes inclusion and well-being of migrants in the UK through storytelling and training. I also spend my spare time mentoring early stage startups at accelerators such as The Accelerator Network, Fast Forward and Lendit Fintech.
