Metalabels are groups of people working under a common identity for a common purpose with a focus on releases — distinct public works that communicate and manifest their goals. Indie record labels, the Whole Earth Catalog, A24, and MSCHF are all examples of metalabels.

PrimeDAO, Adoption engine for Open Finance.

Our mission is to Facilitate wide adoption of open finance by coordinating and cultivating projects that promote safety, reliability, liquidity, and open access, while avoiding centralized appropriation of critical financial infrastructure through decentralized governance.

DeFi must rapidly advance in four key areas: (1) liquidity, (2) safety, (3) reliability, and (4) governance, and PrimeDAO will initially prioritize projects addressing issues in these critical areas:

Liquidity should be increased and utilized more efficiently such that slippage and user experience are on par with centralized exchanges. Aggregation and layer 2 technologies available on mainnet today provide powerful tools with which to realize economies of scale.

Smart contracts, especially those holding large amounts of funds, need to be less exploitable than centralized exchanges and must function as intended under all circumstances (e.g. network congestion, rapid market movements, etc.). Safety and confidence may improve through increased integration testing, cross-project audits, bug bounties, and insurance mechanisms.

Price feed accuracy and transaction settlement success rates need to be on par with those of centralized exchanges. When things do go wrong, as they inevitably will, consensus decisions on remedies need to be enacted swiftly and efficiently so that mainstream users feel as confident as they would be with a centralized actor.

As an ecosystem coordinator, PrimeDAO will govern and allocate resources towards contributors for building, auditing, and maintaining the mechanisms and products of its community. PrimeDAO aims to form a networked organization that can efficiently coordinate systemic DeFi advancement, becoming a sustainable home for DeFi builders.

Improvements in these areas work together in virtuous improvement cycles. For example, improved safety and reliability attracts users and increases trade volume, making markets more liquid and improving price stability, which can lower over-collateralization margins and eradicate whole classes of exploits by rendering them unprofitable. Conversely, a lack of improvement creates a negative feedback cycle: low liquidity can increase transaction failures and vulnerability to profitable pump and dump exploits, creating an inferior user experience that suppresses the transition of trade volume/liquidity from centralized exchanges to DEXs.

By focusing on these four critical areas, PrimeDAO will accelerate the virtuous cycle that accelerates the wide adoption of a more holistic system for decentralized exchanges, finance, and governance.

SubDAO is DAO Infrastructure, Substrate Decentralized Autonomous Organization. It is a Cross-chain Platform to link DAO and DApp on Polkadot. It will be the infrastructure to maintain DAO and link DApp with DAO in the world of Web3.0 powered by Substrate and Polkadot.

Creating a DAO is not a new thing to the guys involved in the blockchain world, just like shooting a man to the Moon is not news to the fiction novel readers nor people. But the opportunity for everyone to easily travel back and forth between the Moon and the earth really makes a big difference! All the team trying to do is to build a cheap, reliable, and fast enough vessel for people to travel between the Moon and the earth even further between Mars and the Earth. The team wants to provide a cheap, reliable, and fast enough way for everyone to create DAOs and DApps across different chains.

With the state-of-art technology, SubDAO Labs can achieve the goal based on Substrate 2.0 and the Polkadot. The SubDAO project contains SubDAO node, Template Library, SubDAO Guard, Asset Vault, SubDAO Airfone, and Front End. Front End provides Web UI for everyone to interact with the SubDAO network. Front End will provide such functionalities as creating a new DAO, defining a new DAO template, withdrawing personal assets, voting in DAO and so on.

Peeps Democracy

The PolkaDAO is a fun way for them to engage with the Polkadot ecosystem and get involved with the community if they haven’t been. 80% of the reputation for voting on proposals will be designated to DOT holders, proportionate to their contribution in the crowdsale. This can also be thought of as a trial run for the future Treasury DAO that will be funded from block rewards on the Polkadot relay chain and voted on by DOT holders.

Quidli is building solutions that drive more inclusion in the future of work, starting with making employee equity distribution easier. We're big proponents of enabling doers to become owners. And so today our focus is on helping small businesses manage and share their equity with their workers without wasting a lot of time and or money. 

Quidli is founded by a team of entrepreneurs with backgrounds in corporate law & finance and in tech startups (at Y Combinator, Techstars, and Rocket Internet companies). We understand all too well the limitations imposed on sharing equity today due to legacy systems and technologies. Our vision is to offer ownership management services for the next generation workforce.

Quidli is a micro-incentive rewards application for teams and individuals alike, a low cost, high reward project for the Ecosystem at large: It will offer a new way for teams and individuals to compensate one another quickly and easily. On NEAR, Quidli will increase the scope of usability of the $NEAR token.

Once NEAR tokens are added, Quidli will be able to integrate with present and future dApps as well as existing DAO infrastructure to add micro-rewards as an ‘option’ for ecosystem development going forward.

As a service, Quidli will offer a beneficial opportunity for new teams, guilds and DAOs in the NEAR ecosystem to compensate and reward different team members or contributors.

Micro-transactions for low fees, demonstrate the capacity of the NEAR blockchain to quickly and cheaply handle low cost transactions. Using Quidli as a case-study, the Ecosystem will be able to recruit other like minded projects into the future.
