We are a grassroots group of marketing, communications, and design professionals in the Ethereum community. We came together because of our shared belief that Ethereum, the leading blockchain platform, deserves thoughtful, professional, and well-coordinated marketing.

Today Ethereum can sound complicated, but so did the Internet 20 years ago. Just like the Internet, soon enough we think Ethereum will be essential to our culture and daily lives.

GnosisDAO is a prediction market-driven collective, stewarding the Gnosis ecosystem through futarchy: governance by prediction markets.

Testing the limits of governance by prediction markets, known as futarchy, GnosisDAO will use Gnosis products to transparently guide decisions on development, support, and governance of its token ecosystem. After initialization, GnosisDAO is to have effective control over 150K ETH and 8 Million GNO tokens. Anyone can participate today by joining the Gnosis Forum.

Vulcan DAO, Initiated by BCA and Zonff Partners, Vulcan is an art fund based on NFT-focused DAO. It aims to promote the integration of technology and art in the Asia-Pacific Region and even the whole world by supporting, creating and investing in new opportunities in the NFT sector.

As a large-scale social experiment, Vulcan DAO which represents a semi-decentralized decision model will spearhead this experiment to break down understanding barriers and safeguard the interests of members.

Vulcan DAO brings together a multitude of crossover influential people, aiming to reconstruct the power structures and game rules of the art market, promote economic innovations of creators, and jointly define the future of art world. Vulcan members can pool resources, create proposals, keep improving investment decisions and DAO governance ecosystem, turn Vulcan into Asia’s high-level NFT-focused fund, and enables its members to have access to the emerging NFT economy and share the prosperity and development of NFT. 

As project sponsors, BCA and Zonff Partners work with Vulcan genesis team to explore DAO solutions and select the best ideas by adopting more open group decision-making procedures. A team of core experts assist in screening high-quality projects in a more efficient manner. Vulcan has introduced SubDAO, a DAO infrastructure solution based on Polkadot, as its service provider. SubDAO does not only connect DAO with DApps to realize DAO’s cross-chain management but also bridges Web 2.0 and Web 3.0.

Homebrew.Finance is an decentralized, autonomous organization (DAO) running on Ethereum. It allows depositors to pool their deposits together and save on gas fees collectively, while sharing in the gains deployed by the pool's investment strategy, set by the fund managers, known as the Brewmasters. Depositors willing to stake their claims to the pool for the long term will be rewarded with governance shares in the DAO, which can then be used to vote on decision-making, such as what projects to work on, provide guidance to the Brewmasters, and participate in other general changes affecting DAO operation.

The flagship project of Homebrew will be the $BREW TokenSet. Users will deposit USDC and receive a BREW token, the amount of which shall be proportional to their share of the total net asset value (NAV) of the funds within the contract. Funds will be deployed, either manually by the Brewmasters (for specific trade actions), or automatically (as in the case of automatic rebalancing). When depositors are ready to withdraw their funds from the set, they simply send their $BREW token back to the set contract, and their share of the fund's NAV is returned to them as USDC, minus fees paid to the Set's treasury fund, which are distributed according to the DAO's mandate.

With the complexity of the crypto space increasing, Homebrew.Finance will allow retail users without the time, effort or technical knowledge to profit in the yield generating strategies deployed by the Brewmasters.

LaborDAO will be the first decentralized community focused on supporting workers. We’re focusing our efforts on something different: building worker power.

Unionized and non-unionized workers around the globe, collectively known as the labor movement, have successfully achieved gains for the working class for over 100 years. We will be actively sharing and creating content about past and present achievements by the labor movement. We’ll also be sharing challenges the labor movement is currently facing. According to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), “everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.”

Due to many factors, including anti-union tactics by corporations, ​​union membership is declining all across the OECD and most other countries around the globe. The United States Labor has seen a recent surge of high profile union organizing across many industries at Starbucks, Amazon, Kellogg’s, Apple, John Deere, Sierra Club, Greenpeace, Union of Concerned Scientists, to name a few. Still, union membership in the United States faces a steady decline. The United States is falling far behind other industrialized nations in union membership despite a wave of strikes in 2020, the “Great Resignation” and support for unions being the highest it has been in decades. Corporations have endless financial resources to stop organizing efforts. In order to turn these trends around, workers must have their own financial resources to organize and freely affiliate with labor organizations if they choose to.

There is a need for an independent funding stream for workers who want to organize unions, bargain with employers, and strike if necessary. All over the world and along the supply chain, workers are organizing to resist low pay, exploitation, and poor working conditions. For those reasons, we are building a community of people coordinated by Web3 who want to support workers in their efforts to gain respect, dignity, and fair pay.

DAOfi is a decentralized exchange that allows for fully customizable bonding curves. It is in the early stages of shipping products in all three of the categories above. Our roadmap, which could change, includes:

A leaderboard of the top DAOs in the space in partnership with Carlos from Forefront.market.

A customizable landing page called myeth.id that will let users showcase their NFTs, DAO tokens, project ERC-20s they support, and social tokens they own.

A DEX that will let creators sell a NFT for subscription access to a service, content or applications. We will provide the end-to-end user-experience to create such token-permissioned content experiences, and will charge zero fees for trading on this NFT DEX.
