Alexander Skidanov is the Co-founder of NEAR Protocol, a team of early MemSQL engineers and ex-Googlers building a sharded blockchain with an emphasis on usability. 

Alexander Skidanov started his professional career at Microsoft in 2009, then joined memSQL in 2011 as Engineer #1, where he worked for 5 years as Architect and Director of Engineering. He is a 2x ICPC medalist (gold in 2008 and bronze in 2005).

Arthur Breitman is the creator of Tezos, a public blockchain enabling decentralized governance through self-amendments.

Previously, Arthur was a research engineer for Google X and Waymo. In his early career, he worked as a quantitative analyst for Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Arthur graduated from the École Polytechnique and the Courant Institute of NYU where he studied applied mathematics.

Mick Hagen is the founder and CEO of Mainframe, a blockchain-based communication network that's impervious to censorship or surveillance. He's also a budding angel investor, having made several investments in startups like MyCrypto and others in recent years.

Mick is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor in the startup ecosystem. After dropping out of Princeton University (computer science), Mick founded Zinch, an ed-tech company connecting students globally with opportunities in higher education. Mick helped Zinch grow to an international, 8-figure revenue-run-rate startup that served millions of students and 800+ colleges & universities worldwide. After six years, Zinch was acquired by Chegg (CHGG, NYSE) for $45mm. Mick is currently CEO of Mainframe -- a new decentralized messaging protocol focused on productivity.

A few of Mick's notable angel investments include Andela, Kalo, Degreed, Origin, Dice, Weav, and Good Audience. Mick is also a crypto investor and bought his first Bitcoin in 2013. Mick leads a crypto investment syndicate which focuses on early-stage, private pre-sale investments in blockchain projects. Some recent pre-sale investments include Polkadot, ICON, Wanchain, Zilliqa, Aion. Mick's crypto syndicate will invest between to $6-8M per month.

Mick has been a speaker at various industry events including Techcrunch Disrupt, Mobile World Congress, Founders Forum, Gartner CIO Forum, InboxLove, TedX, Latitude59 and others. He’s a mentor to various accelerators including Techstars, Ignite, Barclays, StartupWiseGuys and CyLon. His writing has been featured in various newspapers and magazines, including Fortune Magazine and Techcrunch.

Shawn Fanning is Co-Founder of Helium, and angel investor. He developed Napster, one of the first popular peer-to-peer ("P2P") file sharing platforms, in 1999. The popularity of Napster was widespread and Fanning was featured on the cover of Time magazine.

The site in its initial free P2P incarnation was shut down in 2001 after the company's unsuccessful appeal of court orders arising from its encouraging the illegal sharing of copyrighted material. A paid subscription version of the site followed, and was purchased by Rhapsody on December 1, 2011. Following his involvement with Napster, he joined, and invested in, a number of early-stage technology startup companies.

Shawn Fanning

Silvio Micali has received his Laurea in Mathematics from the University of Rome, and his PhD in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. Since 1983, he has been on the faculty of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at MIT. 

Silvio’s research interests are cryptography, zero knowledge, pseudo-random generation, Byzantine agreement, secure protocols, mechanism design, and distributed ledgers. 

Silvio is the recipient of the Turing Award (in computer science), the Gödel Prize (in theoretical computer science), and the RSA prize (in cryptography). He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Engineering, of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and of the Academia dei Lincei. 

Silvio is the founder of Algorand LLC. Algorand is a new foundational blockchain, developed from scratch, on totally new principles, which simultaneously guarantees true decentralization, scalability, and security.
