Rob Morris is Co-Founder of IRL Space, Founder & CEO at Prismatik. I am an entrepreneur and technologist with decades of experience building tech products and businesses. I invest in and advise emerging technology startups. Technology is a life-long passion for me. I worked at my first internet startup in 1996 and have since helped countless businesses to succeed using technology, both in the trenches and strategically. I have a long track-record of getting results in difficult circumstances and a talent for building and retaining all-star technology teams. It is my belief that the best companies nurture and support people to autonomously do work that they love and enjoy, in an inclusive and respectful environment, and that people-first companies are more resilient and successful in the long term.
