Ryan Schneider is Systems Engineer at INFURA. Over the last sixteen+ years my background can best be described as a "software generalist". My current experience is primarily around the development and operation of Linux-based backend systems (both in-house and cloud-based), with some iOS front-end development (Objective-C and Swift) thrown in for good measure. Historically, I have experience with: - Python (including async frameworks like Twisted and gevent, as well as Google App Engine) - C/C++ (primarily Windows software and game development) - .NET (though that's by far my most out-of-date tech stack now) - Production system ownership. I was the lead of the SRE team for PlayStation Now, and a Live Team engineer for Lego Universe.
