Sankha Banerjee is Co-Founder of Nibiru, Protocol Specialist at THORChain, Builder at Cosmos, Ethereum and Solana. Crypto-Economy, Venture-Capital, Fashion Geek, PhD MIT. Dr. Sankha Banerjee finished his Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science from Technical University, Germany. He was awarded the elite student award in Bavaria, Germany, for publishing a mathematical proof of mapping in any turbulence phenomenon. Dr. Banerjee finished his PhD. in Applied Mathematics from MIT and MBA from Sloan School of Management, MIT. He has over 10 peer reviewed journal publications in turbulence and application of machine learning to modeling non-linear dynamical systems and distributed systems. Having spent 10+ years in finance, in designing and trading automated HFT portfolio platform at various hedge funds and prop firms. Dr Banerjee’s block-chain research focusses on building on-chain liquidity provision based trading strategies. Significant experience includes being a core contributor to building liquidity provision and arbitrage trading to Thorchain and Cosmos related products (Osmosis, Crescent and Nibiru). At the core, I am software engineer, who enjoy building software effectively within budget. I am very interested in writing and designing whitepaper and token economics in DeFi applications.
